I placed an order with sewforless.com and it has all been good. The last time, I even asked them to go the extra mile for me regarding selecting colors of thread. Because I asked nicely (and you can imagine how many orders they had!; it was a great sale!), they actually took the time to call me. You don’t find customer service like that every day. I don’t expect, nor do I intend to ask for such service every time. It just made me feel really good that they cared enough to even try! Too many businesses do not care about their customers…only the bottom line (which is important, of course, but how do you get the most out of your bottom line?…GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!).
