How to Die Cut Circle Shapes:
Apply fusible web product to the wrong side of the fabric, following manufacturer’s instructions, before cutting for fusible appliqué.
- 1/2" Circle: Cut 1 5/8" x 3" rectangles. Cut 104 circles across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 2,288 circles.
- 3/4" Circle: Cut 2 1/8" x 3 7/8" rectangles. Cut 80 circles across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 1,280 circles.
- 1" Circle: Cut 2 5/8" x 5" rectangles. Cut 64 circles across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 832 circles.
- 1 1/4" Circle: Cut 3 1/8" x 5 7/8" rectangles. Cut 48 circles across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 528 circles.

Die Tips:
- With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
- Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
- Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
- It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.
