I think it will work graet for my baby bibs

I ordered this for an in the hoop project I was working on that required all of the stabilizer to dissolve around the edges. After soaking for 2 days, a complete cold wash cycle and a complete hot wash cycle, the fibers of the stabilizer still remain around the stitching.
